DMCA Notice

At Cheezious Menu, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the website.

3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of the written notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 6 above, Cheezious Menu will:

  • Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.
  • Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer.
  • Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or if you believe that the complaining party has mistakenly or misidentified the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

2. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.
